Song Of The Day 12/20/2013: Brenda Lee - "I'm Gonna Lasso Santa Claus"

Holiday Barrage 2013: Brenda Lee offers an alternate approach to the guy in the red suit who breaks and enters into children's homes to leave branded merchandise and usurp their pastries: Let's torture him! In this Tarantino scenario, the eerily adolescent-sounding Brenda explores the boundaries of her love for Santa by tying him up, pulling on his beard and tickling him. Then, when he's physically subjected to her barbaric fetishes, she steals his inventory and promises to distribute its contents to less fortunate children who never get any toys, most likely in rural areas of less population density. So it's a Robin Hood thing. You will have to make up your own minds as to whether this economic stimulus plan justifies the physical abuse and emotional terrorism of the world's most beloved mythical figure. Personally, I'd just do it for fun.
