Oh, the lubricated, smoldering, amber-tinted tumbleweed of refined sensuality that is Serge Gainsbourg and Jane Birkin's "Je T'aime Moi Non Plus." Everybody in the '70s had to take a turn with this landmark French song of gentle, clinically responsible deflowering. This 1971 parody was recorded by legendary British comedian Frankie Howerd -- best known in the States for appearing in the ill-fated-doesn't-begin-to-describe-it film version of Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band -- and June Whitfield, a veteran actress who played the mother in Absolutely Fabulous.
