Song Of The Day Outtakes 2016 -- You thought I was phoning it in the last two months on SOTD? Now comes that time of year self-consciously
devoted to phoning it in. This is when we turn down the engines every year and play back songs that, for whatever reason, were cut from their respective theme weeks, usually through no fault of their own, just so I have a couple weeks to attend holiday parties and shop for weapons and things like that. Two solid weeks of bonus features. Think of it that way, because my it looks better on my charity worksheet.
These two instrumentals were cut from this year's B-Sides week. They were both on the B-side of the UK single of the Pretenders' "Brass in Pocket." They're a little loopy and contain no lyrics. So don't go caroling them or anything.
