Song Of The Day 8/2/2012: The Pursuit Of Happiness - "I'm An Adult Now"

The Pursuit Of Happiness were a swell little Canadian band who had about 15 minutes of 120 Minutes fame in 1988. Despite the blatant patronization in that last sentence for which I deeply apologize, their album Love Junk was a solid, stand-alone power pop album I quite enjoyed. It was produced by Todd Rundgren, who carries a lot of weight around here. This song is much more effective without the music video. So crank it up, open another browser window and listen while you visit one of those sites where they assign ulterior motives to pictures of cats. Let me know if it works.
