Song Of The Day 11/29/2012: Jackson C. Frank - "Blues Run The Game"

Maybe my favorite song of the '60s folk boom, inauspiciously covered by Simon & Garfunkel and featured on the reissue of their Sounds Of Silence album. Frank's original seemed to define his ultimate outcome. It describes a condition a bunch of us have let seep into our heads. Whether we are fantasizing about our historical crippled aloneness or not, this song's pretty true.
